Paid Tales subscriptions
Effective 29 July 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to paid Tales subscriptions sold by Aleksey Shlykov, Entrepreneur individuel, to consumers and professionals. They supplement the Terms of Service. In case of conflict about a purchase, these Terms of Sale prevail.
1. Seller

2. Plans and ordering
Current plan features, monthly generation limits and prices are displayed on the Pricing page. The order summary displayed by Stripe before payment is part of the contract. A subscription is formed when payment is confirmed. We send or display confirmation in a durable form. Generation limits reset per billing period and unused generations do not roll over. A generation that fails because of a verified service error should not count toward the limit.
3. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable monthly in advance through Stripe using the payment methods offered at checkout. VAT is not charged: “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code général des impôts.” Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other charges outside our control. You authorise recurring charges until cancellation. Failed or reversed payment may suspend paid access.
4. Renewal and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown when ordered. We may change a future renewal price after reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price takes effect. We will not retroactively change a paid billing period.
5. Performance
Paid features are normally enabled immediately after successful payment. By requesting immediate access, a consumer asks us to begin performing the digital service before the end of the statutory withdrawal period. This does not remove any mandatory right unless all legal conditions for such removal are met.
6. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel electronically from the account dialog. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; stories already generated remain accessible, subject to these Terms and operational or legal constraints. 7. Legal conformity
Consumers benefit from mandatory legal guarantees applicable to digital content and digital services. If Tales does not conform, contact us with details. Remedies available under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
8. Complaints and evidence
Send complaints to buildtounderstand@gmail.com with the account email, payment date and issue. Electronic records from Tales and Stripe may be used as evidence, without preventing you from providing contrary evidence. Consumer mediation information appears in the Legal Notice.
9. Governing law
French law applies. Consumers retain mandatory rights and competent courts provided by the law of their habitual residence.
